It is estimated that the financial cost is somewhere 8 million. The long-term benefits will include a decrease in the number of errors in documentation, better billing, an uptick in the rate of patient satisfaction (15 percent estimates), and the rates of penalties concerning the inefficiencies. The principles of change management will be employed in the adoption. The 8-Step Model by Kotter will come in handy in the need to create a sense of urgency, build the support of leaders, contests to start winning, and implement a personal change in the organizational culture (Mouazen et al., 2023).
