The quality improvement initiative surrounding the management of diabetes at Bayer University is a doctoral project of which the target population, the special population with type 2 diabetes under primary care at an outpatient clinic, is making net progress as per the schedule. The entire data and information collection and intervention processes in the project were performed and accomplished within the clinical location, and all of the activities fit within the project goals and objectives of the doctoral program. March 2026 is the starting month of the project, and all the implementation activities will be planned to be finalized on June 22, 2026. The project has been moving as scheduled to complete all the activities involved in the implementation before it concentrates on analyzing the results of data generated by the outcome measures and measuring the blood glucose values in an endeavor to complete the rest of the doctoral program requirements to graduate from the doctoral program. To complete the work to pass through the checkpoint, a minimum of 400 total practicum hours is required, and an excellent rating on all literature synthesis grading criteria. Further progress will be possible through the constant use of evidence-based practice in the clinical setting. The project has attained the stipulated hours, and the project has been advancing over time without any problem or major disruption in it.
