Reflecting on DNP Competencies in Nursing Practice

This reflective diary shows that Grand Ravine University’s PCP of Nursing Practice (DNP) course has made focus competencies that meet the American Association of Schools of Nursing’s (AACN) Essentials of Doctoral Education for Cutting Edge Nursing Practice (Waldrop et al., 2023).

For this reflective analysis, I will discuss how the course has been pertinent to my practice, especially concerning essentials.
